3. Click on Network & Sharing Centre.

4. You'll find Access type Internet on the right side of your screen.click the blue network name underneath.

5. You will be redirected to a new window. Click on Properties at the bottom of the window.

6. Click on Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4).

7. A new window will open. Click on the radio button that reads Use this IP address.

8. Enter IP address type and press tab.

9. Click OK

Jen stated that it doesn't always work for her. This is because different countries have different ways to ban porn.
